I think Twilight got lucky, it was time for another mania lol. Something about the story line can be a little more catching then Vampire Diaries at times, it’s not quite as dark.

Haven’t read Mortal Instruments Sonia. Is it any good?

Sarah, I love both Twilight and Vampire Diaries but if anything is a copy it’s Twilight. The first Vampire Diaries books came out in the 80s. I do agree there are a lot of similarities in connections and such though. Makes you wonder if Stephanie read the book at some point and have been influenced.

Um…lol, I love this series and everything…it’s great!

But, it’s quite the copy of twilight no?

He’s seventeen, he’s attracted to ONLY her at school, everyone thinks he’s hot, he drinks animal blood to be good, the whole eyes thing, living in a small town, alive for one century. Everyone at school likes her, Caroline could be Jessica, Matt could be mike, Bonnie Angela.

But whatever! I can’t wait till’ January!!!!

I’m really excited!
I like Twilight, but they made it too much of a happy ending.
What is different in the books? Event wise…does something completely different happen? Does anything bad happen to Elena?

OMG, who was coming towards her in the end!! It was creepy, they were very stiff when the person got up….and then started walking normally – if that makes any sense at all the way I put it!!

I can’t wait til’ January!!!!! Oooh…and what’s with Alaric, i like all the characters, they’re soooo exciting!

Or maybe he is something else? I know the books cover more then JUST vampires coming to the town. It’s later in the books but they are moving quick. Or maybe the ring he has can do what the lapis luzuli does and the Salvadors don’t know. It could be that Alaric is just polite and wouldn’t enter, he does seem to be protecting Jenna.

OMG I know! Hell, last Thursday was the cliff hanger of the show which was a real rush then I saw New Moon that night and now nothing new at all till January. I mean I feel like a drug addict coming down lol. I’m definitely going to watch the recap of all the episodes and see what I missed. In rewatching the cliff hanger I saw little actions between people that I didn’t see at first.
