Thanks to TV Line we have our first look at a brand new promotional poster for The Vampire Diaries February Sweeps! Does Damon sacrafice himself for Elena?…their title reads. Typically that saying means if given the chance, the person will do something to destroy themselves beaue they are a destructive person, so I doubt it means Damon will sacrifice himself for Elena. More that he’ll slip up again and destroy her feelings for him, which is the standard Damin move anyway.
no i think he will do something to safe her, because THATS what he always do, that she doesnt care if she lives or dies (as long as she isnt a vamp.) that is her suicide mission and somehow he all ways screw up in her eyes.
@Melissa, I agree with you. Give him enough rope to hang himself. Damon, being a bit on the selfish side will probably do something to ruin things with Elena. Its about time something dramatic happens to him. I feel like he’s not the same Damon since the sire bond thing because he is so unsure of Elena’s true feelings for him.
Also, as long as nothing bad happens to Stefan, im fine!
Couldn’t agree more with the top few responses with that being said I believe Damon will do something to screw their relationship up but, then again she is sired to him so shed have to forgive him?? Idk bit I’m ready.for tonight’s episode I have to work so I’m counting on my friends dvr.

I agree with the first few comments I believe Damon’s gonna do some “messing up” and it will affect Elenas feelings towards him. PS can’t wait for some cat fighting tonight between Rebekah and Elena :D
Blah, damon’s probably going to die… sacrifice for someone(elena)…. it’s gonna be fun, can’t wait 2 see elena suffer a bit… and then he will come back to life <3
