I’d love to win because I just love Ian Somerhalder in general. I didn’t get a chance to see him on Lost when he was on, but I have watched the episodes and he was fantastic as Boone. I read the Vampire Diaries series, and at first I didn’t like Damon but when the show aired, I knew I was definitely Team Damon. Ian’s facial expressions and sarcastic remarks and just Damon’s hidden humanity made me love him.

Well, who wouldn’t want to win an Ian Somerhalder autographed photo! TVD introduced to me to the amazing actor that is Ian Somerhalder. He helped create a character that is awesomely sarcastic, sometimes evil, but twistedly loveable! To be lucky enough to have a autograph of this great man’s would be so absolutely thrilling that words cannot properly describe! It would definitely be something that I’d treasure and cherish. Plus, to have that photo of him in my room to wake up to every morning-what a wonderful thing to wake up to each day! (It’d definitely make me want to get up each morning!

I am a huge fan of The Vampire Diaries! I have read all the books so far and also never miss an episode! I believe that Ian was born to play Damon he does it so extremely well. You see the same type of hurt, bratty, and tortured emotions you see in Damon’s character in The Vampire Diaries boks. This is my first time seeing Ian as an actor and I am now a huge fan!

Hi, I love Ian beacuse of his Amazing Personality and I love it how he is a down to earth guy. I really admired how he really cared about the Oil Spill and how he tweeted about it several times so people would know about it. He is loyal to his fans. He cares about our environment and he rescues animals and I think that is very fascinating because not everyman would do this.
He inspires me to care about the world and to fight against the cruelty to animals. He’s a good man.
I would love to win this autographed photo, because Ian is one of my favorite actors. The first time I saw him on Smallville, a beautiful young man with wonderful blue eyes. Then came Lost with Ian as Boone, I totally loved this role, such an innocent, good man…unfortunately he died so early in the series, but I was always happy to see him in flashbacks or visions. Yeah, and then I saw a preview from TVD and Ian is the reason why I started to watch this great series. Damon is his role, it’s great to watch every scene with him.
He’s a very talented actor and certainly a wonderful man in real life, he does everything he can to improve the world and to help the environment and the animals. That’s just awesome. I want to win this picture because I love Ian Somerhalder. Not only is he an inhumanely beautiful man, but he is also one of the most inspirational people I have ever come across. His efforts to help solve the oil spill are inspiring. Also, from following him on twitter, I have gathered that he is also extremely kind! He frequently tweets about animal shelters, not many people I know would bother which is sad. If there were more people in the world like him, this earth would be a better place. My partner Kim is a huge fan of all things vampire ranging from blade thru to, of course the vampire diaries, despite myself being a moderate fan of vampire films and series, I love the show also, Kim loves Ian particularly, Kim also has had a hard life but has given me the greatest gift of all and I would love to win this for her as she would love it, Kim is a wonderful mum to our son Liam despite battling depression each and every dayzm, it can be hard most days yet she battles through? I would love to win the photo. I was scared to death about how the characters would be played after having read the books and hearing that this would be made into a show. At first I was majorily disappointed seeing the previews (Elena didn’t look the same, no Meredith), but after giving Vampire Diaries the TV show a chance I fell in love with it. Ian does the best job I think of fully capturing his character and making it believable for the fans.

To get an autographed photo by Ian is one of my life wishes. He is one of my favourite actors ever and I have been a fan of him for a long time. Hey, well, I could write a looooong story about how I love Ian and how having his autograph would make me go like crazy, but I will just say that I’d love this autographed photo because I think he’s a such a talented and superb actor and that I don’t like him only because he’s such a good-looking guy, but because of his acting skills, of his personality, his love for fans, his tweets on Twitter that I love to read and because of many other reasons. I watched him on Lost and then on TVD and he actually made me support his character Damon only by acting so good, which is really something as I despised Damon in the books. I’m not the type of person to sob at films, I didn’t cry at Titanic, My Sisters Keeper, or any other sad film, but the only time I did cry was when Damon happened to find out that a) Katherine didn’t want to know about Damon and b) when he found out Stefan and Elena had betrayed him. This is because Ian Somerhalder is actually the best actor I have ever seen, hands down. I’m not just saying that because he is AMAZINGLY hot, and has the most AMAZING eyes, I actually mean he is so dedicated to his work and he is super talented. When I read the vampire diaries books, I wondered who they were gonna get to play Damon and as soon as I saw Damon for the first time, I actually gasped out loud :’) They had it perfectly. I would honestly LOVE to a signed photo of Ian as he is my favourite actor and I admire him so much. I would feel honoured.

I would love to win not only because The Vampire Diaries is my favourite show but also because Ian Somerhalder is a great actor. He uses the publicity he gets to promote enviromental issues world wide which makes him a great person and a hero

He truly cares about the world and all of the creatures that live in it. I’ve never seen someone so passionate about helping the world and all of its inhabitants and he inspires me to follow up on the disasters that have been plaguing the earth. But most importantly, I love how passionate he is and his endless dedication to the oil spill in the Gulf and his support for his home no-kill animal shelter.
