Nina Dobrev will be presenting at the MuchMusic Video Awards. tomorrow night, Sunday June 20th. MuchMusic is a Canadian Network, but if you live in the U.S. you can view the MuchMusic Video Awards on FUSE. Should be available on most cable or satellites. The red carpert starts at 8/7c and the awards at 9/8c. Can’t wait to see Nina on the red carpet and presenting!
We’ve known for several months that The Vampire Diaries Cast and Crew would be attending the 2010 San Diego Comic-Con, but until just recently, we didn’t know which day the panel would be on. Well, today Marcos Siega announced that it would be Saturday, July 24th and he will be moderating the panel. He would love any questions or topic suggestions you might have, so please post them in the comments, and I will get them to him.
Julie Plec mentioned in her interview with the VRO that The Vampire Diaries cast will be attending. Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Kevin Williamson and herself. Also, there may be other cast members attending as well. We will definitely be keeping you posted with any other information regarding the event.

One of my good buddies, Lee of From My Side of the Moon, has brought something to my attention. The Vampire Diaries cast have yet to come to Canada to do any kind of press or fan events for Canada. With the recent London HMV event and the upcoming convention in Australia, my poor friend has gotten her feelings hurt, and to be honest, I don’t blame her one bit.
So what is she doing about it? Well at first she pouted (demonstrated in photo above), but then realized that wasn’t going to do her any good, so she decided to blog about it, and now has taken on a campaign to get The Vampire Diaries to Toronto! Together they are going to try to raise the interest, and hopefully more people will join in. I am behind them 100%. I’ve shared with them some of my ideas.
