Vampire Diaries Cast Signing at HMV in London

Currently still underway, the Vampire Diaries cast, Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev and Paul Wesley are in London at HMV meeting fans and signing their little hearts out! We heard via Twitter that some started lining up at 5PM the day before to be one of the first to receive a wristband for this very limited event early this morning. Only 350 wristbands went out, and many walked away very disappointed. But some didn’t give up, they headed to the hotel where the cast was doing press. And patiently waited for them to come out. I’ll have some pics and stories on that later. But for now, here’s a pic from the signing from HMV, you can view the rest on their Facebook page and they promise to have more professional ones posted tomorrow and video too!

The Vampire Diaries cast members meet fans at HMV’s Oxford Street store

WHAT: Signing session

WHERE: HMV London, 150 Oxford Street W1

WHEN: Thursday 3rd June 2010 at 6.30 pm

Fans of the hit ITV2 show, The Vampire Diaries, get the very rare chance to meet cast members, Nina Dobrev (Elena Gilbert), Paul Wesley (Stefan Salvatore) and Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore), when they visit HMV’s flagship Oxford Street store in London’s West End on Thursday 3rd June 2010.

Nina, Paul and Ian will be at the store from 6.30 pm to meet fans and sign autographs.

The Vampire Diaries television series, developed by Kevin Williamson, was based on the book series of the same name by L. J. Smith. Set in the fictional town of Mystic Falls, the series follows the Salvatore brothers, two vampires — one good, one evil — who are at war for the soul of high school girl Elena Gilbert and the souls of her friends and family.

Due to limited time available, 350 wristbands for access to the queue will be issued from the store on the day of the event from 9am, first-come-first-served, in person only, no reservations, one wristband per person only while stocks last.

Vampire Diaires Cast @ Monte Carlo TV Festival – Submit Questions Here!

As you all know, Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev and Paul Wesley will be heading out next week overseas. First stop to the UK, and then they will be attending the Monte-Carlo Television Festival in France taking place June 6 – 10, 2010.

CineTVBuzz, a French website dedicated to TV shows, movies and books, will be attending the press conference and would love for you to submit your questions to ask the cast. Just comment on this post and I will send the questions to them. They will also be posting video from the event, so stay tuned for that. So very excited to be working with them, along with other TVD fansites to bring you guys the updates from the event! So go post your questions NOW!

Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder will be attending a brief 1 hour cast signing event at HMV in London. Here’s all the info about the event!

The cast of the TV show The Vampire Diaries will be at hmv 150 Oxford Street, London on Thursday 3rd June at 6.30pm.

Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder will be signing autographs for one hour only.

Nina Dobrev Cast in Kellan Lutz’ ‘Deathgames’

Last night The Hollywood Reporter’s HeatWorld reported that Nina Dobrev has been cast in “Deathgames”, a new indie action movie starring Kellan Lutz and Samuel L. Jackson. Thanks to @TeamKatGraham for the heads up! It is suppose to be shot in Louisiana, which everyone knows is just a hop, skip and a jump for me! Here’s the scoop!

UPDATE: The movie has been shooting in Louisiana all this month, and just wrapped.

Nina Dobrev, star of CW’s “The Vampire Diaries,” has joined the cast of “Deathgames,” MPCA’s indie action movie starring Kellan Lutz and Samuel L. Jackson.

James Remar, who plays Dexter’s father on Showtime’s “Dexter,” and Derek Mears, who inhabited Jason Vorhees in the recent ”Friday the 13th,” also have been cast in the movie, which is shooting in Louisiana.

The story centers on a young man (Lutz) who is kidnapped and forced into the savage world of a modern gladiator arena, where men fight to the death for entertainment of the online masses in games orchestrated by Jackson.

Dobrev is playing Lutz’s wife.

Dobrev, repped by Innovative Artists and Noble Caplan Abrams Agency in Canada, plays young heroine Elena Gilbert in “Diaries.” Her feature credits include “Chloe,” directed by Atom Egoyan, and Screen Gems’ upcoming thriller “The Roommate” with Leighton Meester.
