ugh!!! I can’t believe she was chosen to play Elena. FYI Elena is suppost to have BLOND HAIR NOT BROWN!!! ugh! This is so WRONG.

How could they cast someone with dark hair and eyes to play a character that has blond hair and blue eyes? Or give them a brother when they never had one? Or eliminate their sister? Or cut out one of their best friends (Meredith!)… or decide their beautiful red headed, brown eyed friend who is caucasian suddenly doesn’t have red hair and is no longer caucasian… I am wow. And Damon is supposed to have dark eyes and Stefan’s are supposed to be leaf green! So very very wrong!!!
fuck you all Elena is so hotttttt…. and i think that me and her should date because we are ment for each toher we are soul mates and i would never ever and i mean ever hurt her feelings becuase i love her.
I can’t believei how bad the casting of this series is. Really sucks. elena is most definately NOT a blonde and casting a dark hair girl cut out a whole story line dealing with the white light, owl, cat. etc. Also, Stephan is really not that handsome an d does Not have leaf green eyes. Damon is good and really projects just the right amount of evil and venon-eyes are still wrong. As for the rest of the cast, also sucks. Bonnie has red hair and is NOt African-American. Caroline is another red head-auburn. Who cast this mess? I would like it better if it follow the books a little more closely. To the geniuses who cast this mess-why don’t you take up reading?? Ya think?
i think Elena is so cool and i love her she is the best only the best in the world! i love her so much!
I think that the series is awesome despite not following certain guidelines set out in the books. Yeah, Elena is meant to be blonde, and she has a younger sister, not a younger brother, (and there are other things that are wrong too) but if you seperate yourself from the books it is possible to enjoy the series on TV.
